Job Description

My client is a leading international firm in the financial industry. They are looking for the right talent to support their IT operations. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years commercial experience and locally based.

Job Description

  • Provide technical support to end users in office
  • Identify and troubleshoot IT issues and inquiries in both hardware and software
  • Maintain IT operation and assist with IT system, network equipment, server and facilities setup, installation and configuration
  • Assist with the internal IT operation projects

The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma or above
  • 1-5 years of experience in IT support role
  • Independent with strong sense of responsibility and detail orientated
  • Good communication in English and Cantonese

Salary: £20,000 HKD – £30,000 per month
